SQL 2005 Migrate to SQL 2012 in VM Server ISSUE

We are migrating SQL Server 2005 database to SQL Server 2012 on VM Server. The VM Server OS is Windows 2012 R2. We copied the .bak files to the new VM Server and perform a DB restore. Disk drive info are as follows: Drive Total Size Drive Purpose
