SQL Server memory consumption is more

SQL Server memory consumption is more
OBJECTSTORE_LOCK_MANGER is consuming more memory.  Any idea how to fix this? I have attached image for reference

Windows server Mmemory 32 GB
SQL Server Max Memory 28GB
Sql server is consuming 29 GB
